QRCA Strategic Plan

In 2022, the Board of Directors for the Qathet Regional Cycling Association came together to establish a vision, mission, values, and priority areas for their organization. This report details the results of the brainstorming sessions that took place during these workshops. The Board uses this report as an evolving strategic plan to guide everything we do.
